Equipment

In our work we use modern equipment made in Germany and Japan. Book body processing, trimming three knives and binding books work in one line, which allows us the productivity of 10,000 books per shift / day. Our machines allow us to produce:
- Hardcover books with min thickness 8 mm, max 80 mm with embossing, embossing and foil;
- Soft cover books with a minimum thickness of 4 mm, max 120 mm;
- Binding of books with flat or rounded back;
- The paper volume we can work with is from 40 to 350 g / sq.m;
- Page size - min 100 x 100 mm, max 280 x 375 mm.

SIGLOCH BBL-31/2 - line for processing book bodies, designed for gluing binders and
processing book bodies. 
This line consists of:

KOLBUS BF511 HARD COVER LINE - book insertion line designed for the production of hardcover books with straight and round back.

Cut sheet feeder section AR ( back-rounding, the formation of the spine of the book block ) 
section HL ( gluing on the book back spine, applying of crash ) 
section EMP ( cover feeding station, profiling the spine of the cover, pasting-up, case binding ) 
section FE ( formatting of the book, joint of book, ironing device ) 
section HB ( the preheating prior to bonding the back surface of the book )

Kolbus PE312 - gilding press; allows hot stamping, embossing or blind stamping on
a wide variety of materials: paper, thick cardboard, leather, etc.   

Productivity: 1000 covers / hour 

Kolbus DA260 - Automatic production of book cases, covers, files, posters, calendar and board game components at speeds of up to 40 cycles/min. DA 260 casemaker is a professional machine engineered to exacting specifications. Simple, one-man operation and fast and simple set-up contribute to the DA 260's high productivity.
Productivity: 25-30 covers per minute / 1500 per hour 

Muller Martini Ventura MC3215 - sewing machine designed for sewing notebook
paper blocks ( signatures ) of different densities.    
Mechanical Speed: Max. 12,000 cycles per hour.

materials, the creation of which requires the use of wire (notebook, book)

folded signatures and single sheets in bodies

Productivity - 10,000 - 12,000 bodies / day 
Maximum number of signatures in one pass - 18 maybe more in two passes or with
manual addition

production of paper bodies
